In general, self-satisfied is one of the main reasons people are reluctant to increase the new technology.

When we heard of one million records that are always floating in the public and the media about how technology brings people together and so forth, what we fail to understand is that while many of these claims apply only to the people who live in or near big cities. Take the Internet, for example: the general and super-fast DSL connection has a big Suburban to urban centers, which house only part of the national population. What about people outside the field or who live in rural areas? They also don t need a fast internet connection?
